Kits are an easy way to get your custom project going without the added cost of hiring labor to construct the kit. By purchasing our pole barn kit, you can get your dream floorplan for a fraction of the cost of a fully constructed building. With our kits, not only will you receive the materials for your building, you will also receive an in-depth build manual with pro tips and more. A book packed with THREE GENERATIONS of knowledge on pole barn construction. See below for a couple sample pages of our manual.

Kits are constructed with high quality materials, including:
-2×6 green lumber
-18″ overhangs on all sides
-Door/window openings
-Colored metal roof and sides – Tuff-Rib design with colored trim package
-End trusses versus 2×12 rafters for gables
-Commercial girts and blocking versus on edge agriculture girts
-2″ foil-backed/bird-proofing vapor barrier on the roof
-2″ roof lap screws, 1.5″ siding screws, hand nails where needed
-Concrete for footings
Buildings are designed for a level building site, 25 psf snow load, up to 135 mph wind load exposure B.
Delivery included within SW Washington and 50 miles of our address in Ridgefield, WA. If you are over 50 miles from us, delivery fee of $1/mile of roundtrip distance from our address to yours applies.
Additional delivery fees may result if your location is more than 20 miles off the I-5 corridor.
Additional Options
Kiln Dried lumber is available for an additional cost. It is only available in locations north of Cowlitz County.
Door and window openings are included with build. We can provide information on obtaining the actual doors and windows through us as needed.
Engineered plans and post hole backfill may be purchased.
